Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
If you are not at home when our carrier delivers your package, your package will be delivered to your neighbor. The carrier will then leave a note with the delivery information. You can use the tracking code to see where your package is.
You can track your online purchases via a unique tracking number. Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email with the tracking number of your package.
*Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
Is an item missing from your order? Then your order may be delivered in batches.
If the item you ordered is not to your taste, you can easily return it to a PostNL parcel point.
